Policy Governance Training and Consulting for CEO & Elected Officials
Training and consulting services are provided to empower City Councils & City Managers or Association Board of Directors & CEO's to work more effectively as a team in leading and managing their organizations. Through the development of policies or performance standards, an elected board will learn why and how to focus on the wider vision and results desired for the organization, as well as effective ways to delegate the management and operational authority to the City Manager or CEO through clear performance standards and expectations.
